The Website presents the products and brands FABCO Global supplies to businesses and lets trade buyers, retailers, distributors and brand owners contact us. It is not a shop: there are no prices, shopping carts, checkouts or customer accounts. The Website is intended for business use.

- Sending a vendor account application does not open an account or create any obligation for either party.
- FABCO reviews each application at its discretion, may ask for more information, and may decline an application without giving a reason.
- When you apply, you confirm that the information you give is accurate and complete, that you are authorised to apply for the business named, and that any documents you upload are genuine and yours to share.
- If an application is approved, trading is governed by FABCO’s terms of sale and any agreement we make with your business.
04Product information
We take care to describe products accurately, but details such as packaging, pack sizes, specifications and availability can change, and photographs may be illustrative. Please confirm anything that matters to your business with us before relying on it. Nothing on the Website is a promise that a product is available.
05Brands and intellectual property
- The Website and its content, including its text, design, photographs and the FABCO name and logo, belong to FABCO or the people who licensed them to us.
